Quality of thyristors in Orcad

Are thyristors in orcad ideal? or do they have VDRM, etc.

If they are not ideal, could you please give me the model name of a thyristor which is able to tolerate 400V.

simple thyristor orcad

The begin letter is T... I can't remember but you can search with begin letter is T in the part list.
