Hi,
I am designing a wideband phase shifter. separately each block works perfectly in layout and schematic. I want to test now my Quadrature hybrid coupler performance after completing the layout of phase shifter which includes QHC+matching transformers+Gilbert cell based VGA and output load. Is there any option in cadence that can help me check the s parameters separately only for the coupler. I want to verify that my coupler is still giving me descent amplitude and phase difference.
