Does anyone have experience in generating the unified techfile (qrcTechFile) for QRC usage (parasitic extraction)? I have installed EXT and I can see the QRC command in my Assura menu but my extraction run fails. I think I have generated the techfile in the wrong way...:sad:
My tools are Cadence6.1.4 Assura4.1 EXT9.1 and my technology is UMC65nm.

I followed the instructions written in the readme file included in the QRC folder for all the conditions (Typ, Cmax, Cmin, RCmax, RCmin) instead of doing it just for one of them and now things seem to work...
