Q&H : 10kv circuit

Hi, im gonna build a shoker with output of around 10kv or higher
I wanna use only a battery some safty switches and diodes and capacitors.i found this circuit online:

It shows for example at third step voltage will be 6x ,right?and i will not get even 100 volt maybe?(3.7 x 6 ~ 20 volts )
Can a 3.7 li-ion battery directly feed this or i need a choke to step up the voltage to 200 volts ?!?

If you want to build a transformeless voltage multiplier, assuming that components are properly suited for this potential, first of all you'll have to deal with proper component clearance as well enough insulation for avoiding leakage ionizing current flowing across the air, and not necessary to say that it become very dangerous if you do not provide an Jig set of resistors to safetly discharge all capacitors for further circuit handling.

So i shoud use a choke :/
How i can multipli the chokes voltage? I think max output will be 220 volt with one choke right?

It was not clear if you want to use 6 x 3.7 li-ion batteries in series or not, but it is not strictly necessary to have a choke element. A Full bridge MOSFET-based inverter could produce an AC waveform to feed the multiplier circuit.

For that large a voltage increase you need a transformer.
