Q : folded cascode fully diffrential ota and the sc-cmfb

The first figure show the transient of the opamp. I don't konw that what is the problem for the output , when i don't add the syntax "accurate" to .options.

This opamp is for delta-sigma adc. my system clock is 6.144MHz.
