What's the difference between Electromagnetic Wave & Electromagnetic Radiation?
(From both technical & theoretical point of view)
& when they mean the same thing?

see for EM radiation you can take the example of burning wood or burning procedure where heat is radiated in the form of wave the main difference between radiation and wave is the radiation transmission is a wave.
 

I would say that radiation means when a body having moving electrons, starts radiating energy in the form of EM waves. EM waves are the periodic disturbances of Electric and Magnetic fields which propagate in a medium or free space.
