what are advantage and disadvantage, if we built push pull transformer couled amp with mosfet instead of bjt .

Why would you use a transformer? no one else does! A complementary pair of FET output transistors, potentially produce the lowest distortion, but this is down to the complete amplifier design. Junction transistors can provide low distortion any way (.01%), which is low enough for most purposes.

transformer will be used , to match impedance with load ....and in input side to provide split equal and opposite polarity voltage to both transistors ...

Audio amplifiers have not used an output transformer for at least 50 years. A transformer was used to match the high output impedance of vacuum tubes to the low impedance of a speaker.

A modern audio amplifier has an extremely low output impedance so it is a voltage source that drives a speaker directly. The output transistors are complimentary emitter-followers so they do not need the input split with opposite polarities.

Here is a simple low power audio amplifier:

Output transformers are still used widely here, especially in PA amplifiers operating from 12V.

Why would a PA amplifier be powered from only 12V like a car radio?
When I worked with sound systems, an amplifier produced 70V RMS without an output transformer. Then every speaker had a stepdown transformer.
70V RMS is 613W into 8 ohms.
