I am trying to make PCB board on Eagle CAD

pushhbu.jpg

I don't see the required component in eagle library

How to make PCB board for my circuit?

which component are you talking about?

the resistor?
the push button?
the connector?

the resistor:
click on new part
scroll down to rcl library
if you like european symbols, use R-EU_ (resistors look like rectangles with leads)
if you like american symbols, use R-US_ (resistors look like triangle wave with leads)
then resistors are listed by size so:
0204/5 is 2 mm by 4 mm case size with 5 mm between through hole pins
is there is a V after the numbers, the case is mounted vertically, like a tower, rather than the usual horizontally
pick the correct size based on the dimensions of your chosen resistor

the push button:
at the bottom of library list, put "push" (without quotes) in search box
use something from swich library
OR
go to switch library and look around a little

the connector looks like
Phoenix Contact COMBICON MC, 3.81mm Pitch, 3 Way, 1 Row, Right Angle PCB Terminal Block Header, 1803280
look in the con-phoenix-(size) library, where size is the correct pin spacing

many thanks wwfeldman

I see this package for push button

TOGGLE SWITCH

Footprint: MS243 (Version 1)

3D Package: MS243 (Version 1)

I do not find Phoenix Contact COMBICON MC in library I have downloaded it https://github.com/chiengineer/Eagle-Libraries/blob/master/Connectors/con-phoenix-508.lbrand placed under C:\Users\ansh\Documents\EAGLE\libraries

How to add this part in the library?

Would be in xx381 not xx508 library. If this particular type isn't supported, use the next best 3.81 mm 3 pin connector.

@ansh11
a toggle switch is not a push button
a toggle switch, in its simplest form, is an on off switch
the switch in your photograph is a momentary contact push button - likely close on push

the phoenix contact library is not listed that way - its listed as con-phoenix-(size)
were size is a three digit number, like 381, or 58 as FvM points out

I have downloaded libray xx381

Will this suitable?

so I downloaded library switch-tact for push button **broken link removed**

and placed under C:\Users\ansh\Documents\EAGLE\libraries

but when I search switch-tact I don't get it

The selected component has apparently 2.54 mm pin distance, indicated both by the name and the ruler. Having it in a xx381 library seems erroneous.

Personally I'm rarely using predefined libraries, defining the required components myself. It's easy and straightforward in most CAD tools.
