230V, 50Hz, 1.5KVA, Full bridge pure sine wave inverter circuit using sinusoidal pulse width modulation. I have included circuit diagram using IGBT, PIC18F886 circuit diagram, Assembly language program for PIC16F886 and HEX file in PDF format. Please login and download PDF file.

very good project. Can you post a microC version of the code. I am use to C but have difficulty with assembly language.
 

Those who are using it for SMPS load may increase the dead time set in PWM1CON from 4 to 8 if shoot through occurs. I am trying to develop in c. I will post once it get ready.

I have two question,
1- what if I want to make it for 24V with 3kva power.
2- If I boost my supply from 5v to 18v then the grounds will remain the same so no isolation
please answer my question.
 

For 24V with 3KVA u have to design push pull converter for the required voltage and current. You may design 24V to 18V isolated flyback converter.
 

If you use 7818 then there will be no isolation between battery ground and 325V dc which is swinging from 0v and -325v.

Ok that's what I thought too, but what if i wind separate turns for 18v on the main 12 to 350v dc transformer which also serve the purpose of isolation.
 

Auxiliary winding for 18V on main transformer seems to be theoretically best choice. But in practical situation the regulation in auxiliary winding will be very poor. Under no load conditions even it may not able to supply minimum current drawn by TLP250 drivers.
