I'm trying to measure the pulse trigger rate or pulse rate that it's being clocked at

Pulse Generator's output is a 10 Micro second pulse period
A clock generator is at 500hz

I plugged the clock generator at 500hz into the clocks input of the pulse generator

When measuring the output of the pulse generator's output and the 10 microsecond pulse waveform is displayed on the O-scope

How would I measure what the pulse rate is being clocked at?

To measure the Pulse trigger rate?

Your clock generator, F = 500 HZ, period = 2mS, so measure the time between the 10 microsec pulses

The pulse period is 10 microseconds

Do you mean the time space ( low state ) after the pulse width of the pulse?

The time space low logic stage should add up to the clock frequency 500hz?

The Clock is 500hz/ period is 2milliseconds
The pulse generator is at 10 microseconds
How do I measure the clock 500hz from the output of the pulse generator?

Think of the clock generator as a black box and I didn't tell you it was set to 500hz, how would you find out that the clock generator is at 500hz triggering the pulse generator at 500hz, how would you find it by measure the output of the pulse generator? what math and formulas do I need to use to find this output?
