Hi

I have a bandpass amplifier (300khz-300mhz) and want to measure the psrr specification.
I can use an HP function generator, producing AC fluctuations over a dc offset set at nominal dc supply voltage (+3.3V).
What should I use as input and what should i measure at the output?

Generate a fluctuation over DC Power Supply and change this impacting signal frequency from very low frequencies to few hundred MHz and observe this signal at the output with a Spectrum Analyzer. The difference between what you read on the SA as dBV and peak amplitude(dBV) of your jamming signal on the supply will give you PSRR as dB.

1) The SA displays rms. I have then to transform the display to peak amplitude for proper ratio computation.
2) Input?
3) Gain=0db?
