PSRR for Bandgap

Hello eveyone,

Is that PSRR an important specs for Bandgap? Say I will use it for the ADC with clock rate of 80MHz. If yes, what's the requirement for it generally?

Thanks!

Re: PSRR for Bandgap

Surely, PSRR is an important characteristic of bandgap. The PSRR requirement is decided by the ADC resolution.

Re: PSRR for Bandgap

since high PSRR rejects noise from the supply voltages,it is surely important for bandgap.

Re: PSRR for Bandgap

Your bandgap noise is very critical.

PSRR for Bandgap

For bandgap the PSRR is very important, it will influence your accurate of reference voltage.

PSRR for Bandgap

Of course PSRR is very very important parameter for the bandgap reference. In normal cause, it should be at least less than -20dB.

Re: PSRR for Bandgap

At what frequency should your PSRR be -20dB
If your BGR is reference to an ADC working at 40MHz, what should be your PSRR at 40 MHz for the BGR

PSRR for Bandgap

Your BGR's PSRR should high when the frequency is
1 ~ 80M !

Re: PSRR for Bandgap

How to design a high PSRR bandgap reference ?
