PSPICE simulation BA243

Hi,

Can any of you tell me in what library can I find the BA243 diode. I know it was made by Siemens and Semtech , but it isn't in siemens.lib or infineon.lib .
Or do you know a similar diode from other manufacturers ? (google didn't help);

If you can find the pspice model you can use it in pspice.

Hope you're able to find the diode model.

Thank you, i will try to model it.
I also found out , that for what i need, i can successfully use D1N914.
