Hi,
I have got the DEDK licence and have made some changes in the "j.h" and "jfet.cpp" files. After that I have build the "deveq.dll" and copied it into the same folder as "pspice.exe" is located ("C:\Program Files\OrCAD\OrCAD_16.2\tools\pspice").
After that I have changed "pspice.ini", located in the same folder as "pspice.exe", by adding the line:
USE_DEVEQ_MODELS="J"
under the [PSPICE] section.
I saved the file.
After this I start OrCad and open a new PSpice library. Try to make a new N-channel JFET. But none of the changes is included. When I add a parameter that should be initialized the PSpice says it is not a parameter of the JFET. I also changed the name of VTO to VTO_N just to see if anything happend. But no. It still comes up as VTO in the PSpice model editor.
So if anybody knows about this. Feel free to reply!
Thanks
Dimos.
