PSpice: DC sweep family of curves

I use Primary sweep and Secondary sweep options in DC sweep analysis to obtain family of curves in Pspice. In this case I have two resistors: {R4prm} as primary sweep parameter, and {R1prm} as secondary sweep parameter:

Say I want to see what is the secondary parameter value for the specific curve (see the arrow pointing to curve on picture above). How can I do it, does anybody know? The right click on curve / trace information does not give the second parameter value. The cursor does not work, it gives me only the primary sweep parameter as well. What's the use of nested analysis when I can't read the second parameter value?
