Hello everyone. I am trying to add an IGBT to database editor of PSIM. I've added 25°C version of the graph but I am not able to add 175°C version of Ic vs Vce at the same graph as seen below. The other problem is that when I add an IGBT to database editor, that IGBT stops switching. Any idea ?
