I'm designing PSFB converter and simulating with PSIM simulation tool.

Since all the components in PSIM are level 2, ESR, ESL, DCR, etc. are all included.

At this time, a resonance phenomenon occurs between the leakage inductance of the transformer and the junction capacitance of the secondary rectifier diode.

Does this phenomenon also occur in reality?

Input voltage: 800Vdc / Output Voltage 300Vdc / Switching Frequency: 100kHz / Output Power: 15kW
