virtual terminal proteus

The virtual terminal in proteus sends characters with each key press.

Is there anyway to to trick it into sending a string of characters.

ie 255 20 30 2 0

pause the simulation, Type the characters you need into notepad or similar, paste them into the terminal and then let the simulation run. I'm sure that this works. Not sure how you can send the 255's and 0's though.

You can use a MCU to generate secuences of strings or the digital pattern generator.
