please resolve this issue as i am new to proteus.i am attaching proteus file and code.

Change your timestep to a larger number, so that about 1,000 or 10,000 fit into one time period of your circuit's switching frequency.

1.25e-019 is such a small timestep that the simulation makes slow headway in its functions.

Explore the menu to find the option for changing the timestep. As an alternate, load a sample circuit from the Proteus. Examine its timestep.
 

One of the main causes of this error is a missing earth, try removing half the circuit and see if you still get the error, KISS
