Hi,
I need libraries files of Proteus to work with MSP430F149.
Is it really posible??

Yes its possible, but to go through MSP430 and design a library component reading the datasheet.

Dear FSio:
He is telling you that it may be possible. I think that you want some ready made ones!.
If you have the time and knowledge to do that (no offense) or the money to pay to ADT for a model (no offence meant here neither), probably you would not be asking for MSP430 libs for Proteus.
That is, the answer for your first question is no.
