how to autoroute in protel

I have a 2 layer board with DIP IC (no SMD).
During autorouting Protel connects the nets to the IC pins on the top layer (instead the bottom one). In this way I need , each time, to manually place vias before IC pins in order to connect the top layer to the bottom layer (where I make weldings).
Is it possible to set the program in order that during the autorouting procedure Protel automatically places vias before IC pins?
I can't use one layer routing (too many nets).

Thank you for your help.
