I am using this circuit and with the exception of its output power (5mW on 50 ohm) is a good choice and very easy to use. I recomend you RXQ1-433.9 from TELECONTROLLI (www.telecontrolli.com). The price of this module is 20USD.
I think is much better to use a ready made module or a kit, because at 433MHz is not very easy to make a good PCB.
A very usefull application note is nAN400-07 from www.nvlsi.no (nRF401 application notes).
