hello , relative path is the question, how to set up

Somewhere on HD I have aa.pdf doc for my component .. how to set up
relative path to this pdf ??? here:

2x click on comp. -> Properties for Schematic Component - Parameters HelpURL - how to setup relative path

I tryed (I just think) almost everything, not work for me .. help ..

p.s. abs path works, but if I run project on diff. comp. problems start

What does this have to do with programmable logic?

I don't recognize the tool HD as a schematic entry tool for Altera, Xilinx, or Microsemi. Is this some third party tool? Maybe you should type out the entire tool name than using some abbreviation.
