how to calculate propagation delay in a mux(say 2:1) using hspice?

I've used T spice & in it there's a command to measure delay between two two signals say, input & output.

.measure tran Delay trig Input V(val)=0.5 cross=1 targ V(Output) val=0.5 cross=1
where it is taken that 1 is peak amplitude of input
or just go to insert command & you'll find measure in Output tab.
