Project development on VxWorks

Working on a Licensed version of VxWoks. Am Plannig to develop a good real time project for academics. Can anybody please suggest me in this regard.

Hi Naresh,

If you have full version vxworks, then goto examples and open some of the sample progs that are given there. First try to work, compile and execute them.

With the PC as target build an application software something like the on-line real-time banking/railway reservation system as project and simulate the same.

Using the vxWorks, you can do a lot of thing. You can try to realize something like PDA or Soho Router.

You can also try doin a protocol convertor

Try to port on different processor .. Board Support Package etc....
