Programming of PIC 18F452 in C?

Well i want to program my pic MCU in MPLAB+C18, but i do not know how to write the code IN c language,
iam versed with C but dont know how to write it for C18,
i have also wriiten previously codes for C51 MCUs, but in this case i need a jump start, so if some one can refer some helping material for the purpose?

Step 1:Setup MPLAB
Step 2:setup PIC18( you can download it from www.htsorf.com).
There are examples at here.
