programming of drivers in c++

i want to programming drivers in c++ language like flash memory drivers and many other rom ram etc i want to do this in c++ but my problem is that i have borland c++ compiler is not supporting embedded programming plz suggest any platform which can support the embedded programming i want approprite platform for them plz help!

If you are doing it in windows, you will need Visual C++ and WDK (WIndows Driver Kit) or the old Windows DDK (Driver Development Kit).
