I m using switch case for blinking 4 led alternately and my code work fine in proteus 8 but not work in my pic16f676 microcontroller hardware..why? pls help..

I expect you are using LEDs that emit invisible light.

Seriously, without any schematic or code, how do you expect us to help?

This is one of the serious drawbacks of using a simulator - they don't always accurately model a real device.
Guessing - have you got bypass capacitors on the supply lines; have you properly handled the \MCLR\ pin; have you got the oscillator configured correctly.
When you show is the code, please include the config settings.
