Here’s project of PIC microcontrollers programmer by Microshop company. Device is based on project from http://freenet-homepage.de/dl4yhf/winpic/index.htm Programmer works with those processes:

Software for programmer you can download from http://freenet-homepage.de/dl4yhf/winpicpr.html and it is called WinPic.

I tested programmer while I was programming PIC16F628A processor. I must say that programming process was quite fast.
Building process is not very difficult. System need output power supply (15V) connected to 2-1 and 2-2 clips ( blue ARK slot on board). You can’t powered it with 12V ( for example ATX power supply) cause processor programming process need about 12,7V that’s why to stabilizer mass I add a diode that inform about cheating stabilizer so it gives a little bit bigger voltage ( bigger because of voltage drop on diode). Important thing is that D1 diode has voltage drop 0,7V, so it can’t be diode like Shottk. How about D4-D7 diodes? You can use any fast diodes. D8 is Zener’s diode and it is responsible for setting voltage for processor ( about 5.1V). System was made of popular elements that are easy to buy at any shop.
As you can see at the picture, on the board are pins that are need for programming process, thanks to that , in simple way you can make a project of seat for another chipsets that can be plugged to programmer via goldpin slot. Programmer doesn’t need previous start or regulation. After connect it’s ready to work.
