Program that removes the installation process

Does there exist a utility that can combine .NET application setup files into one EXE that can run straight off the CD without te need to install the application first.

Installshield is just an installer utility. I want something the removes the installation process altogether and lets a simple exe run from the CD or USB. No DLL's, no resource files.

For copy protection.

ArtistScope CD will protect content distributed on CD or via the Internet from extraction. The CDs can be copied for redistribution, but their content is in encrypted archives and cannot be extracted having been encrypted and compiled into a single file. ArtistScope CD does not include Secure Image or Copysafe which are separate licenses for the copy protection of images while being viewed.

What is the difference between this and using winrar with a password protected archive.

Again, I am not looking for copy protection. I am looking for an exe+dll+resource combiner to eliminate the need of installation.

If you give the password of rar archive to one person then he can use any file in that archive
but with such softwares the user can only run executables on the cd
You should solve the problem of need to installation
then you can use this software to integrate all of the files into a single file and your content will be protected and not shown to users
