Problem :
STB didn't reboot after downloading file. LCD indicate "ON".

Question :
- How to make my STB enable to reflash.
- How to reset STi5518 memory in order to reflash.


I really need the answer from this forum because I have already wrote email to Metaware Support but they didn't answer. Bad Company.

Why dont you try to download to the receiver the oldest version of the software ,or it does not answer to serial port? The second solution is to read the flash contents of working receiver via JTAG interface and to programm your receiver with the same interface back!
