one of my friend told me to Write a program for a FPGA based project to process an input signal pulse and display results onto a display.
I asked him for more details but he added, and I quote
" 8/17/2014 at 7:20 AEST
e.e.g receive 4Hz input signal => display 4km/h speed "
but I dont get it !! what am I supposed to program ? :-(
am I the only one who don't get it ?
