RF amplifier routing

I have some problems with RF amplifier routing.
Our amplifier has STRIPLINE elements, calculated by RF engineer. The board haven't empty space for it. Can i modify form of this elements saving actual length or we must recalculate all STRIPLINEs? Workin frequency is 400MHz.

RF amplifier routing

In the UHF,you may use alternative, such as use the out of board element like coax element to replace.

and the coax element also maitain high power.

RF amplifier routing

You may bend and/or curve the lines.
pay attention:
1) No edge on curves. The curvature ratio should be 2*W or more.
2)stay far, 3*W at least from any other route or Gnd or any conductive object.
3) preserve the original leght (measured along the "center" of the W)
