Problems with RedHat7.2 on Pentium 4

RedHat7.2 and P4

RedHat 7.2 with default kernel (2.4.7-10) has some problems with modules when re-compiled for Pentium 4 processor. Compilation of modules goes OK, but afterwards there are lot of unresolved symbols and some devices (CDROM, etc.) does not work at all.

be careful.

It's becasue your unproper setting of Kernel.

Please reset your kernel configuration carefully
