When tried to install IC50 on RHEL 3.0 (Kernel 2.4.21-4.EL), a bunch of errors show up:

Incorrectly built binary which accesses errno or h_errno directly. Needs to be fixed.

Can someone give some advise to solve this problem? Or RHEL 3.0 is not a friendly platform to support EDA tools?

Change your env setting as..

LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1

that's it.

The error message actually happens when one tried to install IC50 during softload process:

Incorrectly built binary which accesses errno or h_errno directly. Needs to be fixed.

Meanwhile, even after changed the .cshrc file to include

set LD_ASSUME_KERNEL = 2.4.1

The same error message still pops out when 'icms' is launched. Do you have any idea how to fix this problem?
