Problem in LDV 5

The problems are:

1. If in the console window type ncverilog (single-step mode), that will compile the verilog files and pop up a window called "NClaunch interactive", what is this tool use for ?

2. If the files complied with ncvlog (mult-step mode), it needs to set two files for the library, how to set they ?

3. What is common file extension for Verilog design use ?

4. If have the library for LDV, how to set or use with the verilog files.
