Hi there,

I have problem with 2 Russian IC.
1.133ИE4
2.533ПA1
It seems they are logical gate. could you please help me to find out any information about them?
 

Hi,
1. four bit counter - you can replace it with SN5492A
2. two 4-input nand gates - you can replace it with SN54LS20 (the correct name is "533ЛА1")

Bear in mind that the 5400 line is a premium military line good from -55 to +125 deg C, and in most applications you don't need that.
Go for standad 7400 line, which is readily available and cheaper ...

7492, 74LS92 etc.
7420, 74LS20 etc.
