Hi guys, I rapair one old amplifier, with some strange (for me) transistors.
I find some informations for 2-3 transistors, but I can't find nothing about this. Can anyone help me with information, and eventually some accessible analog
Thanks

If this is an audio amplifier, an exact replacement is not necessary. Any modern transistor of similar type and rating will work. Do you have the schematic? If not is there a working half of the stereo amplifier where you can take voltage measurements and deduce the type of transistor. My first guess would be NPN and the second PNP. The TIP series are low cost and available all over the world.

the problem is that, this is mono amplifier, and I don't have second (working) amp, and this is single tansistor.
and there is some prolems,i forgot PNP or NPN was this transistor, but I can find emitter and collector.

The next best thing is to make your own schematic of the parts surrounding the transistor by manually examining the hardware. From this you can get a good idea of the transistor type. Then select one with a breakdown rating higher than the power supply level and a current rating that you can calculate from the supply and the amplifier rated output.

Yes, thanks, I will make this, but I like to rapair this amp by "easyest way"
Maybe tomorrow I will check the current and voltage, and take some analog.
thank you again

I ran the number on digikey and these both look like they might work.

You can probably order 1 as a sample.

I also had that number come back as an 8 volt 3 terminal regulator.
Not sure which it could be.

heres a replacement of a 8V 3 term regulator if thats what it is.
