Problem with the output voltage in PSPICE simulation

I have a term project for my subject in this week. I am trying to simulink my circuit by PSPICE but I got some problem.

Here is my circuit:

I am facing this problem:

when Vs <120 V (DC): the output waveform is ok. But
When VS> 120 V : the output voltage is reduced, Vout <Vs

Could anyone help me this problem
