Problem with Synopsys

Hi Everyone,
Good Day...
I am facing problem with synopsys. I am trying to Insert PADS but a message popping up and saying "insert pad terminated abnormally". Is there any limitations of numbers of pins or bits at IO of the design. I have total 128bits Input and Output. Is this the reason? Is there any solution instead of changing my design I can change settings in synopsys and get the problem solved??

Please let me know...
