Hi,

I am simulating nanorod Fabry-Perot lasers. I noticed that the output optical power generated by SILVACO TCAD is greater than the input electrical power which is impossible as it violates conservation of energy. I noticed that even in the library examples for laser, the output power is greater than the input power. Anyone else faced the same issue or can shed some light on why this is happening?

Thank you.
