Problem with setting Kernel for RTC with SAM9260

and I've got
sam9-l9260:~# hwclock --date "28 JUN 2010 17:28"
RTC_RD_TIME: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character
ioctl() to /dev/rtc to read the time failed.
