Problem with running NIS and ICFB with blade150s

My platform include the serve: V480 1 for the NIS + NFS
the clients: blade150 12 for terminal

BUT ONLY two blade150 can run the icfb rightly, other can't run it, the CIW don't display,
Why?

NIS and ICFB

You should describe more details. May be you can post the .cshrc file first.
