Problem with running a Matlab programme on a computer without Matlab

Hi,
I have compiled a matlab progamme witch work 10/10 in my computer, but when I try to use it in other computer that doesn't have matlab installed, it doesnt work , I need to intall the MATLAB Component Runtime associated with a ctf file like mentionned in https://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/data/1-171Z6.html
My ver is 7.0
can any one help me to resolve this problem
