Hey there,
I am working on home automation.I am controlling my device through RELAY switch.
I have kept my relay switch parallel to my manual switch in my home switch board.
Now my question is if i am switching both switches simultaneously than does it cause any problem/short circuit with my domestic wiring??

Thank you.

no problem

current is always flow low resistance path.

use a two way switch (spdt), u can put into automode(relay), or mannual

In Canada and USA a 2-way switch, in electrical, is actually 2 switches - allowing a device [usually a light] to be turned off or on from 2 locations.

yes,

in spdt switch 3 poles are there,

middle pole is common,

if u press up,

middle pole and top pole is short

if u press down,
middle pole and bottom pole is short.
