Problem with programing Flash Am29F200B using a micro

Flash Am29F200B

I heve a problem to program this flash using microcontroller. It is working on universal programmer but i cannot wirte it by applying sequence of signals manually from my microcontroller. Is there anyone who have used it i such way. Are there any tricks that werent mentioned in standard manual. Do i have to reset this flash before writting? thanks in advance...
