Hi

i have one problem in Amplifier, i am using transformer 12-0-12V 3A, 12-0V 1A. 12-0-12V 3a for Amplifier which is ok, and 12-0V is connected to 7805 regulator. this 5V supply goes to micro controller (digital volume control section) & usb driver section. when i gives microcontroller its ok no problem but at a time when i connect to usb driver amplifier hums & 7805 heated more upto it damage. any idea what is the problem?

put your schematic file to solve your problem. if 7805 is just heated and not to damage then try to some heat sink to the IC. but first your schematic must be shown .

schematic is not available, i using ready made usb module which is available in market, i am using transformer which have outputs 12-0-12 & 12-0, 12-0 connected to 7805 (i am already heatsink connected) but it damaged it heated more & more, after 5 to 10min. usb modules blinks(means voltage not sufficient available)

in USB MODULE 4 line right 1 is voltage , 2 is D+ , 3 is D-, 4 is GND . right then if u connect usb cable to this module then 5 v also coming to the pc right so if 7805 is connected to micro controller and usb module so both 5v is mismatch or not ?

usb module means usb MP4 player which is available in market, we need to connect only 5V for this, it gives Audio & video outputs

in 7805 voltage regulator ic u put some capacitor or not ? like this type connection

cant provide its circuit diagram because volume control circuit & USB module is i am purchased from market only amplifier & Filter circuit i am created.
