problem with post-simulation

Do parasitic parameter extraction using calibre and simulation the netlist with RC parasitic parameter. The result was wrong, and there was warings given.

how to solve the problem?


Warning from spectre during hierarchy flattening.
defineQ: Unit of quantity `Q' is changed from `coul' to `C'.
defineFreq: Unit of quantity `F' is changed from `N' to `Hz'.
Notice from spectre during topology check.
No DC path from node `I131._net0' to ground, Gmin installed to provide path.

The first two warnings are new to me. But the last warning is due to no connection clearly. Probably the "net0" specified might be connected to ground which the layout tool could not identify correctly. Check that the node is connected to the other correct node by modifying the extracted netlist.
