package design problems

Hello All.

We have a problem with design package in the Mentor Graphics SDD. Some complex components in the our library are made for current project only. After end of the circuit, we attempt to package a design by assistance "Package Design" option in the DesignView or Design Capture.

In most complex components (likewise founded within the bounds of progect) we don't have any similar difficulties trouth package process.

Please, explain what we do incorrect?

The result of design compile is listed below:

**************************
Packager
--------

06:26 PM Monday, November 19, 2007
Job Name: D:\Main\Main.prj

Packager Version: 020806.00

The root of this design is at "D:\Main\top_level.sbk".

The SchematicDesignBackAnno status indicates that the
Common DataBase is not available to receive updates.
NOTE: You must be out of Design Capture Instance Edit
mode and even then you may need to reset this status
if direct updating of the CDB is intended.
!THE CDB WILL NOT BE UPDATED!

Back annotation will not take place to the Common DataBase, however a
BAM file will be created for reading purposes or processing through
BAM Plus.

The FLATNETNAMEs status indicates that the present set
of schematic netnames should be used to update the
FLATNETNAMEs.

The Disable Repackage status indicates that
Repackaging should be allowed.

The Central Library is at "D:\Library\Central_Library.lmc".

The PDBs listed in the project file will be searched to satisfy the parts
requirements of the CDB and to replace any duplicates found in the
Target PDB.

The AllowAlphaRefDes status indicates that reference
designators containing all alpha characters should be deleted
and the relevant symbols repackaged.

Back annotation will not take place to the Common DataBase, however a
BAM file will be created for reading purposes or processing through
BAM Plus. This -y option is useful in conjunction with the -i or -m
options where the intent is only to test a new PDB against the
schematic symbols.
!THE CDB WILL NOT BE UPDATED!

The cross mapping of symbol pin names to Part Number pin
numbers will be checked for packaged symbols and mapped correctly
for unpackaged symbols.

Properties that have been checked off in the Property Definition Editor
found at Library Manager/Common Properties will be checked for value
differences between the PartsDB and the non-null properties on symbols.
Those properties checked off (other than Part Number)
will not be transferred from the PartsDB to symbols.
The following properties were checked off in the Property Definition Editor:
"Value2"
"ITN"
"RPLCMT"
"PAGE_#"
"DWG_NO"
"UMD"
"MFG"
"IBIS"
"Model Suffix"
"Part Label"
"Description"
"Simulation Model"
"Rating"
"Tolerance"
"Part Number"
"Value"
"Part Name"

The present Common DataBase is up to date with the schematic
source files.

Checking the validity of the packaging of prepackaged schematic
symbols. Only the first error in symbols having the same
Reference Designator will be reported.

PDB ERROR: The mapping of gates in the Component section
resulted in a gate composed completely of common pins.
That is, all of its pin numbers were found more than once
in the Component section. Such a gate is superfluous and
illegal and must be removed by correcting the Parts DataBase
on part number MPC8541E.
If a Parts DataBase other than the local one is corrected,
please be sure to run Packager in the overwrite mode or
Forward Annotation in the 'Replace Local Parts' mode. Otherwise, be
sure not to use these modes or the corrections will be lost.

2 packaging errors have been found.
For those errors that only involve the application of wrong
pin numbers, either repackage the schematic by hand or
simply remove at least one pin number per reference designator
to enable automatic packaging when you run this
procedure again.

Testing of Packaging is being terminated with 2 errors and 0 warnings.
Design has NOT been packaged.

There have been 2 errors.
