Problem with MWO :all the schematics are "unknown"

Problem with MWO

When I tried to open the existing file,it pops up an error message:all the schematics are "unknown" and the error code is 426"However,it can open all the other files without any problem.Does any friend meet this problem before?Thanks!
 

I uses MWO 2010 and meet this problem. do you know this problem. thanks
